Very poor service
These people are crooks. When something occurs that is not the fault of the customer and so accrues more time required for moving, they will try to charge extra. If they are not paid, they will keep your items and intimidate you into paying them extra that they do not deserve or require legally. Especially if you are a single woman. Give them a wide berth!
