What a joke of a business that really should shut up shop if they can not manage a simple procedure which is called customer service. Can never get past the call centre they use as no-one is ever there to answer the call in the Tonbridge branch. Always promises of a call back that never materialises, Over a 3 week period I chased them and when finally I was promised a completion date that then changed 3 times and continued for a further two weeks. When I tried to contact a Manager they would never be available to take the call but I was told by an advisor at the Garage that a previous member of staff played around with the completion dates so this was not picked up and my car was sitting there for 3 weeks before anyone looked at it? cant believe that a car can sit around in a garage with no-one questioning what it was there for or who was working on it? I have had to chase every step of the way and this has resulted in a lot of problems for me work wise as i rely on my car like most people do to get to and from work. I started off hiring a car with Enterprise for the first 4 weeks but as this cost me nearly a £1000 I had to stop and ended up having to use a bus and train to work which doubled my commute to my work in Croydon. I would never use this company even if they were the last garage, poor, poor service. Badly operated and badly managed.

I was involved in an RTC back in September 2012. My car was sent to TCW as my insurers approved repairers. I would add this was my business vehicle. Without boring you with the finer details, it took over 292 days for me to finally get the car put right. It was returned to TCW no less than 5 times during this period due to their shoddy repairs each time. Simple things were missed and each time it came back it was worse than before and their carelessness was very evident. Upon the final return I insisted my insurers carried out an independent inspection. During which no less than 20 faults were found and upheld. My car finally went to a local garage to be rectified as I had no trust in TCW's ability to adequately repair my car to standard. Their workmanship was diabolical at best. I would never ever have another car repaired by this company.
