excellent friendly super efficient company
toolkit taught me the value of response time. i have never worked with a company so fast at getting back to you and so quick to deal with your requests. since we started working together i have applied the same attitude to my own business and the amount of extra bookings i get because i answer so quickly is astounding. every time we call up the person answering the phone actually sounds pleased to hear from you and nothing is too much trouble. we have a wonderful relationship with the lovely alex. toolkit took over our website one day when we sent out an email and got it a bit wrong....they phoned to see if we needed any help and the only regret i have is not being with them sooner! thanks for being such a fabulous company and long may our relationship continue, bridget and mo - dock o` the bay

So simple yet so effective!
I am really pleased with the service I received from Toolkit. From the outset I was given honest and professional advice and felt like I could trust what I was being told over the phone (which is often very difficult). I never felt like I was being sold to or promised things that would never materialise. I was kept updated and assisted throughout the design process and am thrilled with the resulting website! It has proven to be really easy to navigate the toolkit site for designing and updating my website. I would definitely highly recommend Toolkit for your web designing needs, as they are friendly, professional and design a very high calibre website for a lot less money than most reputable companies out there. An Outstanding Service.
Toolkit Websites provided me with an outstanding service. A dedicated project manager was allocated to me from the outset and proved to be invaluable throughout the entire design process. All staff I made contact with were exceptionally helpful, diligent and courteous. Response times to any queries were always hugely quick and the advice and guidance to the point and totally clear.
