BEWARE

I'm at my wits end so this is a last resort!! On the 21st of October 2015 a company called "TopCat Blinds" came out to quote me for Roman blinds. To cut a long story short the sales guy walked into my house with muddy shoes on and before I could say anything, right into my living room where my newly fitted, beautiful, stunning, (inappropriate choice of carpet with 2 babies) frosted white carpet lay😱😱😫😫. Whilst I was frantically cleaning the footprints (which came out incase you are beside yourself with worry) he shimmied his big self around my table and managed to rip my BRAND NEW, JUST PUT UP wallpaper I'm assuming from the zip in his jacket. I left he house behind him as I was going to work and when I arrived home and put on the dining room light I noticed it immediately and called them. So basically after a lot of back and forth with the owner Tony, he agreed to send his painter to fix the wallpaper, I would have been happy if he could have done it with one strip!! Painter was running late and rearranged and then didn't show, after several msgs a girl ( I'm assuming Tony's wife and probably the most laughably useless person I have ever came across) Francessca messaged me tonight to inform me that it isn't their problem and to stop ruining her New Year's Day 😂😂. So, if anyone is thinking of getting a nice new set of blinds I would advise you to AVOID TopCat Blinds like the plague!!!!!!
