The Topps Team is dedicated to, in partnership with other organisations, providing accessible, innovative, relevant, quality learning and career development opportunities in a motivational, supportive environment. We aim to enable people from all walks of life, including the Topps Team, to achieve their career goals and development potential.

We provide 1-1 or group support, within our scope of expertise and that of our partners, in whatever format that suits the requirements of the beneficiary, to any person working or not working, aspiring to personal, social or career development.

Our goal is that 95% of clients, beneficiaries and partners, when asked, will state that they would recommend us to others.

As an organisation we help people identify their potential, whether it is to find work, achieve promotion or change their career. We offer a number of personal development programmes across different themes and levels. Including Advice and Guidance, Mentoring, Management and Teacher Training.
