After starting training with Brian as a fairly new runner, I felt I needed help to build my stamina, endurance, get quicker race times and above all get the right running technique! Once we had discussed my aims & goals, I had a weekly session with Brian. Only after the first few weeks I felt stronger, had more stamina, felt ‘lighter' on my feet & started to see some results. Brian worked on the whole package of my fitness, not only my running but strength & conditioning & the importance of taking on the right fuel for what I wanted to do. I would certainly say the sessions were well worth it, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete.
