STEER CLEAR - USE AT YOUR PERIL
This is a Phoenix company which was originally trading as GOLD ARROW. They have avoided their legal liabilities by setting up under a new company name. We managed to get a CCJ in our favour, but only got half the money we were owed as they played the law. We are now £6000 out of pocket and a vehicle that has been sitting for over 2 years that does not work. They are the most dishonest, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Our vehicle spent nearly 2 years in and out of the garage, the longest period being 6 months. When confronted we were threatened by the managers. I strongly advise all customers to steer well clear, you will be out of pocket and even with a judgement in our favour, they have managed to escape any liability.

Be careful
be very very careful if you intend to use this company. There parent company appears to be a breakers yard. the price you are quoted may well increase by up to 50% while they are doing the work, and they may well not do what they have quoted for. and when it goes wrong they hide behind every law, excuse they can find, You have been advised

be very careful when using this company will give you a price will add at least 50% during work, then it goes wrong and they don't want to know, Just a tip Gold Arrow engineering their parent company appear to be a breakers yard, Do not use if you do be very very careful
