worked for tps for about 6 months . was totaly messed about , was moved from pub to pub and not allowed a fair crack at any of them .. there policy of moving managers after only a short time does nothing but interupt any customer confidence that the managers start to build and repair .. The area manager is out of touch with the current demands of running pubs that have been in decline and is unispiring and totaly demoralising .. not a good company to work for and seems very unstable
