IT WAS A VERY SAD OCCASION FOR ME ORDERING FLOWERS FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTER'S FUNERAL BUT LOU THE FLORIST MADE A VERY DIFFICULT THING TO DO A LOT EASIER ! SHE WAS VERY WARM AND WELCOMING AND VERY UNDERSTANDING SHE HAD MANY DIFFERENT FLOWERS OF ALL DIFFERENT COLOURS THE FLOWER ARRANGMENT SHE MADE WAS BEAUTIFUL IT WAS LOU'S IDEA TO ADD THE BUTTERFLY'S I WOULD RECOMMEND TOWNEND FLORIST TO ANYONE WANTED FLOWERS FOR ANY OCCASION MANY THANK'S SARAH
