Train2Survive Ltd is a quality driven training provider and security consultancy specialising in Maritime Security Training, MCA SSO, PDSD, MCA Proficiency in First Aid ( MFAOB) and Medical Training, EFAW, FAW and the latest FPOS (I) courses.
We also provide expert Vocational Training including Health and Safety, PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector), IADT (International Award in Delivering Training) Conflict Management and Driver CPC Training.
Courses open to serving / former military and police personnel, medical and healthcare professionals, vocational instructors (and those wishing to go into teaching), security and risk management organisations, seafarers, care staff, child minders, door staff, retail workers and many more.
At Train2Survive, our aim is to provide you with an affordable, enjoyable and flexible learning experience. We ensure that we not only deliver excellence in all aspects of our training services, we also make a commitment to all our students and company clients, to offer continued liaison, updates and serviced support as required
Courses are held locally in Catterick and also by arrangement in Plymouth, central England and Glasgow or at the client's workplace or any mutually convenient venue. We also offer training worldwide (by arrangement).
Our UK training team have a wealth of experience, qualifications and desire to develop our students. All instructors are core management and have led in their particular field. Our staff come from military and professional civilian backgrounds, we have over 100 years accumulative knowledge. This expertise includes areas such as, university lecturers, registered paramedics, skilled military medics with hostile environment experience and maritime and security professionals.

Our Train the Trainer course is for anyone involved in training and delivery. It provides comprehensive, practical tuition on training best practice that is suitable for both newly appointed trainers and those looking for a practical refresher course. This allows companies to use their own in house trainers and offers training for internal staff development and the training of new employees. Train2Survive offers both PTLLS and the new International Award in Vocational Delivery.
Our Conflict Management qualification is suitable for delivery across a wide range of sectors. In particular it could be of benefit to those delivering training or in any customer-facing role. Subjects covered include how communication can be used to solve problems and reduce the likelihood of conflict, factors that influence human responses in conflict situations and how to reduce risks. It also covers good practice to follow after conflict situations.
Our courses are held in Plymouth, central England and Glasgow or at the client's workplace or any mutually convenient venue. We also offer training in other locations worldwide (by arrangement).
Our UK training team have a wealth of experience, qualifications and desire to develop our students. Our American team are equally well qualified and consists of former police instructors, registered nurses and paramedics, experienced in emergency room and helicopter operations as well as combat, field military and air ambulance trauma procedures. They are also responsible for certifying other nurses and medical professionals and evaluating current procedures in emergency medicine outside their Train2Survive training roles.
Train2Survive is on a planned expansion programme both here in the UK and Internationally. We will be looking to build a pool of qualified potential candidates for future positions and opportunities, either within the Train2Survive organisation or through our recruitment connections.
