High cost, minimal service and misleading staff

Be VERY careful with this company. I applied for an Uzbekistan visa and was told several times over the phone that they would aquire the letter of authorization as part of the process. I duely filled in the forms and sent of the papers and payment only to be told that they NEVER aquire the authorization letters and that no one would have ever said that to me over the phone. A straight lie. BUT they still cash my cheque and charge me for cancellation... Altogether this cost me nearly £25 for NOTHING... So what do Travcour do for you. Well they copy out your details onto a visa application form and pass it on to the embassy and charge you £30 for the privillege. Cancellation is £11.95 - this when the application hasnt even left their desk Postage - £7 - straight £2 profit from postage My advice DO IT YOURSELF...
