Every pupil is an individual and driving lessons will be geared to suit ability and progress. I encourage a relaxed atmosphere and as a result am able to produce pass rates far higher than the national average. My aim is not to 'get you through your test' but to teach you a life-skill, which should lead to years of safe, considerate, and enjoyable motoring.
I will give you 1 to 1 tuition with full guidance from your first nervous introduction, through to your theory test with free loan of DVD's etc. and onwards past your successful driving test to the Pass Plus.
We will keep accurate records of your progress en route so that we can assess when you will be ready to book your test. A question often asked is how many lessons will I need! Usually the cop out answer is - all pupils are different and learn at different rates. This is true but doesn't really help you. The DSA suggest a minimum of 40 hours instructor tuition plus 20 hours private driving. From past records I am able to say that 58% of my pupils pass first time on an average of 25 lessons. Bar a few exceptions the remainder pass within a few extra hours.
Cost of lessons. Driving lessons have never been cheap - but when you consider the skilled tuition you are receiving in a quality modern car, and ending up with a life-skill then £22 per hour seems extremely good value. I do not believe in discounts - nothing is ever free, but there are no hidden extras. Basing costs on my above records you can see that you should obtain your driving licence for the outlay of a cheap foreign hoiday.

I have seen a review that Trevor is a legend. This was a compliment I couldn't resist. I am 56 years old and have had three different instructors spanning most of my adult life, eventually giving up in desperation at 45 years old, because I could not understand them. OK , I'm a slow learner but I knew I wasn't that stupid. I am now 56 and decided to try for one last time. Trevor made everything so easy, I understood all the manoeuvres and passed my test 1st time last weekend with just three driving faults. Can you have a superlative to a legend?

BRILLIANT DRIVING INSTRUCTOR
When I was ringing around to find the best driving instructor trev easily stood out from the rest, over the phone he sounded like he wanted to teach me. He was enthusiastic and so was I! I had a brilliant time driving with trev, he always made me feel that I was in control which gave me confidence. I passed in only 17 lessons which shows the trev is suited to all drivers with all different abilities. One of the best things about trev is the way that he is very relaxed about time. I always got a full hour and I was given a review at the end of every lesson on how every aspect of my driving was. He is very flexible and could always work around any other commitments I had at the time. If I were to start learning to drive again I would definitely pick trev again, he is the best possible instructor anybody could hope for!

SUPERB INSTRUCTOR
I have always had a confidence problem and been very nervous about driving, Trevor helped me to overcome my fears and become at ease with driving. His support and continous motivation helped me to excell in my driving so I became confident as well as competent behind the wheel. His dedication and instructing skills are amazing- his manner of teaching is wholly accessable and his step by step teaching allowed me to fllow things easily. I had an extremely positve driving exerience and am happy to say I've passed!

Excellent Instructor
I had driving lessons with Trevor I found him to be patient infomative easy going and fun. I passed very quickly in only 25 lessons which is great as i have always been a slow learner
