The Karate training consists of activities to strengthen the body, develop fitness and suppleness and provides an opportunity to learn and practice the empty hand fighting techniques under strict supervision. The techniques have been developed to be practical and relevant in terms of modern day self defense. We are based in Leeds and Wakefield.
