I bought a used car from Gary at Trows Cars Ltd in Nottingham on Nov 14th 2015, it was such a good experience, I am delighted with my Peugeot. Gary went out of his way to make sure I was totally happy and supplied the car to a very high standard, doing more than he needed to. I was impressed by the friendly, helpful, courteous staff. As an older woman going into a car buying situation is normally stressful but ladies if you want to get the best, an honest car dealer, Cars at good prices and the best customer experience go to Trows Cars in Stapleford. I thoroughly enjoyed buying my car and would recommend Trows to all.

Brilliant service
I recently brought a Peugeot 307 estate from this garage. I couldn't have been happier with the service I got from this company. I had just come out of a 2 month battle there I was sold a broken car from another garage and the gentleman from trows was very sympathetic. He wasn't pushy, gave advice about the car we were looking at and said because I had been through a rough time and was conscious about buying again, we could have a long test drive to make sure we were very happy with the vehicle. Let me tax the car on his computer and even let me use his company phone to change my car insurance. Brilliant customer services, very honest and clearly from all other reviews the best place out there to buy a car! And I even got a free pen! :) Thanks again.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra 2007 automatic from Trows last week. I am very happy with the car, which looks great and drives beautifully. As a recent arrival in the UK, I also want to thank Gary (the super salesman - I agree with Wendy!) for making this a super-easy transaction, and going out of his way to help me navigate through the insurance process and legal requirements. Extremely honest, generous and helpful, at a moment when help was really needed... much appreciated!

My recent purchase
I have just bought a ford mondeo from Trows, i just wanted to say how good Gary the super salesman is. My husband & i was able to look & test drive the car with no hassles or pressure. All that was promised was followed through, nothing was too much trouble. It's the second car we've bought from Trows & would highly recomend them to anyone with confidence of a trouble & stress free purchase.It was even delivered to my house. I bought a Peugeot 206. It developed an oil leak shortly after I purchased the vehicle. The car was repaired quickly and I was kindly lent a courtesy vehicle. Excellent customer service.

brought Toyota\ Yaris 3 years ago, perfect condition. The only problem I have had is window wipers (that is all I have had to replace).I regret that I now need a bigger car but this one will always be my favourite. They delivered the car to my door. I got a promise of flowers when I had passed my test but I never contacted Trows, who knows I may get some to make me feel better about getting rid of my baby.............

Got my new car! delighted, got the bunch of flowers and a freindly fast efficent service. the car did develop a problem near the end of the warranty period, it was not covered under the warranty, but without any hassle the car was swiftly repaired as good will gesture! Recommended! Superb Seller!
