Incomplete work, not even a builder - COWBOY

Tom Meager gave me a quote and timeframe for some building work back in Aug 20, he did not stick to either of these. After I paid him a £8000 for a deposit, I asked for a contract and a break down of works and he laughed at me. His team didn't turn up for days, I was told by his builders (who were good people) that they were on other jobs and that mine had to wait, even though I continued to pay him and had paid him in full (out of my own stupidity). I was left with rubbish all over my garden and an incomplete shoddy extension. I paid him in full and he didn't complete the work in time. I still haven't had a correct break down of works or receipts/guarantee's for the products he has used, (windows, roof, etc). The paint is pealing off the walls and my extension and building work is damp already. I would NOT recommend this person to anybody, he is a bully to his employees and a manipulator, stay away, be warned.
