Terrible care of garden area and outside exterior. I live next door to a property and despite numerous complaints to Trustease nothing is done. The tenants do not have working gardening equipment and need to borrow ours or we end up doing some ourselves.This has been on going for 2 years. The gardener cuts the grass once a year! The hedge is slowly taking over the garden and there are rats in the long grass and mess at the top of the garden. Reluctant to rate with even one star.
