Trustease - A Complete and Utter Shambles
This company is appalling, their attitude towards me has been practically unbearable. They are very good at saying: 'we will get back to you' and then not doing. As far as maintenance is concerned they use cowboy contractors who on many instances has made problems worse. Their general mannerism when speaking to me has been totally inappropriate, the supposed manager is extremely rude and has refused to answer basic questions. He also lied about the identity of my landlord, introducing him as the landlords brother, then later admitting that he is the landlord. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
