Kempo is a traditional Japanese martial art, It is all about having a healthy body, a healthy mind and about being able to defend yourself. You learn to punch and kick, block, lock and throw, but at the same time you learn discipline, respect for those both older and younger than yourself, the importance of staying calm under pressure and many more skills that will be useful in and out of the dojo. Classes Weds 19.30-21.00
