They never answer the phone
I have been trying on and off for years on their english speaking line and no one has EVER answered the phone.

I am tunisian and I've been living in England for the last 20 years, each time I needed to change my passport or consular card, It has been always stressful dealing with these unprofessional and rude staff working on the passport desk. I've been always thinking the mess is part of the government's corruption under Ben Ali regime and the only way to solve this problem is to get rid of the dictator Ben Ali. Eventually a revolution has happened in tunisia a year ago but unfortunatly the mess still exist in tunisia embassy london!!!

I have wrote to the embassy twice asking fro a visa application for my partner who is not a british national, I have called so many times and am always told that the emabssy closes at different time, which always happens to be half an hour before the time I call. I have been told it closes a 2.00pm, 1.30. and 1.00pm. I havent had a response to my letter and really am very upset.

I called the consulate a moment ago and found them very helpful. As a British Citizen I don't need a visa.

I do not think I have ever been so upset I have sent a letter to the visa dept, telephoned to the Tunsian embassy twice I have still not received any valid information or a requested application form What do you have to do to get any help from Tunisian Embassy
