Nasty Bus Driver

Usually, I have no problems with this company (I get the bus to and from my sixth form college) but occasionally the driver of the bus is rude. Yesterday, for example, I asked politely to be dropped off at the bus stop which is closer to my house - which all of the other bus drivers drop me off at - and the driver point blank refused and began to shout at me. After asking him, again politely, to not shout at me, he continued to do so and told me that he was the owner of the company and would not drop me off at the bus stop I wanted him to. He also instructed me to travel by taxi if I wanted to be dropped off at this bus stop - which, I will point out, is on the route. I am extremely unhappy with this man's behavior and I will be contacting Surrey County Council in regards to this incident and the previous ones too.
