Exceeded my expectations

Looking for a good value B&B for myself and my friend on a football trip and with no prior knowledge of the area, we booked a room at the Tuxford based on the website, location and Clive's friendliness when making an enquiry. Not really knowing what to expect when turning up, this place certainly exceeded my expectations. The welcome was warm, the room was comfortable (not huge but did the job) and clean, as was the bathroom, and if I could have that breakfast every day I would die a happy man (not thin, mind). Yes, the back garden could probably do with a tidy up but I can live with that as I'm not sleeping in it. If I go back to Blackpool, I'll be torn between trying somewhere new (as I always like to do) or going back here. I'll probably end up here as I know I'll get good value for money, a comfy bed and great service, and I recommend you do too.
