They were initially very helpful but when they didn't manage to fix the problem and replaced the wrong parts are still charge £200. When I asked for an explanation the man was very patronising which I assume may be due to me being a female driver. He kept on saying oh you probably won't understand this when he was speaking in very simple terms. I still had to pay £200 even though they didn't fix the problem very unhappy with the service and the patronising people working there.
