Said I have the wrong address really this house has been here since 1930 perhaps update your Satnav or have someone who can read a map. Not impressed with this service.

Don't use this company
No communication from them, reps all useless !stolen my palleted machine you would be better off throwing it off a cliff , at least you would know where it was

Worst than Royal Mail during a cyber attack
Spent a pretty penny with this company to come and collect parcels from me. The driver couldn't make the time I requested, so I gave them two more time options for collection as had a hospital appointment in the afternoon. He turned up at my house while I was in the hospital and the depo couldn't be less helpful but rebooked eventually for next day 9-13. It is now 1.40 and I am still waiting for his miraculous arrival. To say the service is shambles and unprofessional is an understatement. avoid at all cost! last time I'm sending with them!

UPS = Utterly Pointless Service
Expected a delivery last week, knew I wouldn't be home so changed delivery to avoid them wasting their time. We are now 5 working days after that new delivery date and my parcel is apparently in a "secure facility pending clearance". It has been out for delivery twice in those 5 working days.

We have a driver (Beckenham Kent) who refsues to leave parcels next door or do what he is suppose to do! Got a call from the epot. and rude and unhelpfull, terrible service, i will be mkaing a forward official complaint.

Still waiting
I have been let down on delivery twice so far and have a new delivery date for Monday 28/06 /21,was promised delivery on 24/06 no show,25/06 no show now 28/06,if I do get this small parcel on this date,it would have taken 5 days to travel 12 miles useless.

USELESS GRAVESEND DRIVER
will kick my boxes with his feet in front of me when there is a clear sign of fragile on them. An old driver came! Maybe time to resign or do ur job with dignity

Not fit for purpose
Had to get in my car and chase the driver after yet again went past deliver address denied driving past but on cctv + dash cam excuse dropping off large packages first! Was heading to collection point to drop off as message came through that they where unable to deliver As he handed me my package . They will drive past so so it shows on tracking system but won’t make an attempt to deliver Rated -0

Disgusted
Still waiting after 4 promised delivery days. Staff worse than awful, rude and generally don't give a shit. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen an item I paid for. I will never use them again wouldn't even give them 1 star

Good value, but unreliable at busy times
Drivers are the most courteous and professional you will find. But only giving 1 star for service because UPS let you down when you need them most - at busy times like Easter, Black Friday, etc. Expect several days wait for collections.

Parcel delivery
Waited in for parcel for three days and finally cracked as the website continually said out for delivery. Not acceptable! Royal Mail will pick up where others fail.......... and UPS you failed!!!!
