The UPS service provided by the Pudsey Depot is incompetent and unreliable. They are unable to find addresses that other companies can find with ease and then they lie to cover up their poor service. I would not recommend this anyone who wants an efficient service. I would look to DPD or the Royal Mail if you want a reliable service, or in fact anyone who is able to use a map or sat.nav. Their tracking service is a joke and their drivers cannot locate simple addresses. Even their websites do not work correctly!!
