Our asbestos surveys all include both normal material assessments and importantly, risk assessment and management planning information delivered directly online through this site. This important value-added feature, empowers Duty Holders to substantially comply with the CAR regulations by provision of an interactive and live record of ACMs, prioritised by risk-assessment, that employees, third party occupiers and maintainers can optionally access online, all as part of our survey service.

Until 2010, there were three types of asbestos survey, all serving different purposes.

They were known as type 1, type 2 and type 3 asbestos surveys.

All our surveys conform to the Health & Safety Executive HSG264 and are sympathetic to the working environment. Our surveyors will aim to form a professional and collaborative partnership with our customers and alleviate any anxiety about asbestos that may be present in the properties being surveyed. The type of survey undertaken depends on our customer's needs and all three types of surveys comply with current legislation, our experienced surveyors are able to advise.



REMOVAL



Working with asbestos containing materials can impose serious health risks whether the products are damaged or whole. This particularly applies if the intention is to remove the asbestos containing materials as they could be damaged while being removed. The Health & Safety Executive strongly recommends using trained professionals to repair or remove ACMs.

All ACMs will be removed in accordance with HSE guidelines and will be transported under a carriers licence issued by the Environment Agency to a disposal point licensed to receive asbestos products.
