These people came to look at my boiler as part of my home insurance emergency cover Their opinion was it was not working due to the fan or the pcb and they went away and told me it would take 2 days to get the parts! I rang a local plumber who came and changed my flow sensor and got the boiler working within 30 minutes As this was an insurance job they were obviously just out to make money AVOID
