RUBBISH SERVICE/DELIVERY
DHL email stated that my item would arrive on Tuesday 29/08/2017, than Wednesday 30/08/2017 and now stating that it will arrive on 31/08/2017 . My item should have arrived over a week ago. Impossible to speak to someone from DHL because only Automated phone service is available. Company should be closed down

Worst Ever !
I run a business and we needed a delivery for Friday 26th August. It never arrived. No contact possible except an automated system. When I e.mailed them I was told that they HAD tried to make the delivery, which is an absolute LIE because I was here until nearly 7pm on Friday waiting ! It is now the following Tuesday (yesterday was a Bank Holiday and, apparently, they offer no Saturday service?) and I STILL haven`t received the goods. I would NEVER recommend this bunch of clowns to ANYONE !!!

PANTS
Paid for a 10:30 am delivery - didn't turn up at all, let alone on time ! Pile of pants - don't use. Customer service lie constantly about where the parcel is.

MISSING DELIVERY
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH - ONLINE TRACKING SAID DELIVERED AT 06H47 THIS MORNING IT IS NOW O9H30 AND THE TELEPHONE IN SITTINGBOURNE DEPOT IS NOT AVAILABLE OR OUT OF ORDER - THIS COMPANY IS ABOSULUTELY USELESS AND I AM POLITE - THEIR LICENCE SHOULD BE REVOKED PUTELY AND SIMPLY - THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN 3RD TIME IN 2 YEARS - THEY JUST DONT CARE - LAST TIME THEY JUST PUT A CARD AND RAN AWAY WHEN WE OPENED THE DOOR ! JUST SACK THE WHOLE LOT

Blatant Lies!
Have been waiting in for a before 12 delivery. I'm a business, which was open with someone here. Tracking stated delivery attempted at 11:21 but nobody available! No card left, and reception open and manned! LIARS!

Completely Unreliable
Waited in for 3 days. Never got to us. Tracking facility useless and local depot telephone switched off. Finally did a 30 mile roundtrip to the local depot. Never again.

Awful!
Delivered twice and despite an email, that they don't reply to, requesting neighbour delivery they ignore it. Having spoken to someone who assures me a delivery will be made the next day and isn't I then get told I'm out of my 5 days and have to collect from a depot 20 miles away. Very unhelpful customer service, not impressed...

Absolute rubbish delivery
Parcel due Friday 24hour express,no show phone to ask why it had not arrived between time they said it was delayed no reason given(think it might be coming from outer space)!.total useless company DO USE THIS COMPANY !

TOTAL RUBBISH, DELIVERED TWICE????, CHUCK A CARD THROUGH THE DOOR AND LEG IT, HOW ABOUT USING THE DOOR BELL?. LOCAL DEPOT!!!!! SORRY THIS NUMBER IS OUT OF ORDER, CONTACT US USING WEB SITE!NO CHANCE!
