I wish i could give negative stars!
After paying for next day delivery my parcel was 'delayed' and not passed from the Birmingham driver to the Glasgow driver which meant my next day delivery was not possible. After 5 phone calls, 4 emails ans many promises of call backs and delivery upgrades i STILL 2 days later do not have my parcel which was for my young daughters birthday! The staff are clueless, rude and unhelpful!! Please please PLEASE do not use this company unless you enjoy frustration, disappointment and upset!! Absolutely disgraceful company!

Bad service
Waited in all day for no delivery foned 5 times was told i would definitely get parcel today. Not a good company

a crap delivery service . waited 5 days, arranged a time and they came 10 minutes early. saw the van on my way to house, didn't stop and wouldn't redeliver when I called depot. told I had to collect myself. A truly terrible service to customers.

Avoid!
I am annoyed at giving these people even one star. I went to the depot to try and collect a package and was greeted with nothing but rudeness and a bad attitude from the member of staff. There was not even an attempt to try and resolve the issue. I never did get my item (I had arranged to have it redelivered several times and they never bothered to show up, hence having to go to the depot)and eventually it was re-sent through a different courier service. Truly terrible service.
