i'm afraid i have also had the same experience as antony lynch, but with my daughters blackberry. price quoted via the internet, said parts were in stock, great i thought. then they check it and price goes from 50 to 85. they send me an email which gives me options, so i choose send it back to me. i chase them up after 3 days and ask where it is. they claim to have never had my response, so i send another messsage asking for its return. have today received a message saying the support ticket has been updated, and it has ... with no text or information added! I have to say, these look like people to avoid.

Price inflated on receipt
I emailed my problems on my Nokia N8 to them (boken earpiece speaker and loudspeaker, broken casing mbottom section and missong camera lens cover) and I was quoted £35-£45 to repair. The person responsible for the damage said OK. When they received it the price went up to £80! So I emailed and asked what what they thought the problem was and what they had found on inspection and I`m still waiting for a reply 3 weeks later. I`ve also tried phoning several times without speaking to anyone.

Top UK Repair Service
Real impressed with the service and know-how. Had issues with my phone resolved after no luck with 3 other shops (incl. Carphone Warehouse Service Centre) Was offered a repair-tracking service, that was great. I was a bit wary after fiding it on internet but thankfully my repair experience was totally at odds with said review. Would definitely recommend
