I purchased a groupon voucher for this salon for a manicure and gel nail polish. I booked my appointment well in advance only to turn up on the day to be told the beautician had been rushed into hospital the night before and that she would not be turning in for work. As you can imagine i was not happy and the customer service was shocking. I then rang 4 weeks later to rebook, i rang on the day of the appointment to confirm the time to find yet again a member of staff telling me the same story from four weeks ago. They Take your money and fob you off, absolutely shocking and i dont know how this salon gets any business, i would never recommend this salon to anybody.
