We had worked with the same broker for a few years and wanted to make sure that we were benefitting from using them - we also wanted to see what renewable tariffs were out there. We spoke to a number of suppliers directly, and what impressed us about UGP was the fact that they offered the most competitive pricing AND on a renewable tariff. This is something we’d not been able to find previously so it was impossible to turn down! My Account Manager dealt with the full transfer and it’s all gone to plan. We just need to frame our renewable certificate now!
