This is a superb stile of martial art and i'm pleased to say this club keeps to the high standards of Shin Gi Tai. I'm also very pleased to to say the club has grown to into a very friendly place to train and has a grate bunch of students from various grades making it ideal for beginners and graded students alike. People of all age and ability are always welcome.

I am a member of this club and can strongly recommend it to anyone looking to learn effective self defence. They are a friendly group and vary the pace of the lessons to suit your own skill and fitness. If in doubt come down on a Thursday night (9pm) and give it a try.
