Awful service, rude staff
I do not recommend anyone to use this company's services - you will be very disappointed and your special day will be ruined like it happened in my case - the limo was 1.5 hours late due to negligence of the controller, the car itself was dirty and shabby overall, the driver did not stop ANYWHERE despite passengers' requests - but instead he stopped to do some personal shopping leaving the passengers waiting in the car - have you ever heard anything like that? My complaint letter was ignored and all the staff were generally extremely rude.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH - ZERO STARS if there was that option
Run down M reg, cheesy and outdated. Right so you could maybe live with that.... as limo's can be a little cheesy. BUT Blown out tyre on the way into London where the driver didn't even know how to use a jack. Thank goodness the Highways Agency came to our rescue to manage an appalling situation - as it turned out the spare tyre was flat. Had to wait on the hardshoulder for 2 hours waiting for a NEW TYRE to be brought up from Wembley. Changed quickly enough. Driver gets in and can't start the car and put the car into drive....Had to be helped by the HA guy again.... Poor Driver (felt sorry for the guy towards the end because of the state of car he has to drive) ran out of petrol 22 miles later - fortunately we managed to chug into the services which was 22 miles from where we'd originally broken down. I cannot express how appallingly the entire event was handled by the controller of the limo company when we requested a refund. Finally saying "we'll see you in small claims court " made all the difference because an hour later we got our refund. Still need to recoup the £250 loss of booking reservation at the location we were headed.... WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and it totally RUINED my sister in law's birthday party.
