Didn't connect one floor up to the heating system!
Put a new boiler in here in Swansea, though he failed to connect a whole attic floor up to the system. I was stupid not to fully check everything before I paid. Two years later.. I'm still trying to sort out the mess. Doesn't reply to texts or phone messages.

Great Service
I had a boiler which would not work a few weeks ago when it was really cold on a Sunday evening so I rang maybe 3-4 plumbers numbers with no answer, then i spoke to a friend who suggested Uplands Plumbing which I duly did and a guy answered and came out within the hour... Sadly he was unable to repair the boiler due to fact that a part had broken inside which he didnt have on the van. However he left me with a couple of heaters to get me & family through the night. the next morning he came back and replaced part and had boiler working again within the hour. The chap was very professional and also the bill was less than id expected!!! So if you are ever looking for a plumber in Swansea give these guys a call!!!
