Diabolical customer service worse than that
I have a very serious complaint and all I want to do is speak to a person from m Northampton about an expected delivery to get a time.I am travelling to Manchester for a long awaited concert and all I can get is your package will be delivered today .The journey is 200 miles and I need to leave at 15-00 today!!!!!! What sort of a business is ups it would be easier to speak to David Cameron! I cannot express how upset I am for my grandson who was desperate to see Adele tonight probably won't get a response from the m this either
