Disgraceful, disorganised, incompetant
Dreadful service from this letting agent. massive fees, for which they do absolutely nothing, Inadequate inventory and inaccurate inspection. They would not contact the landlord to rectify major problems, and they lied to us about trying to fix the problems. They put us through two months of hell. Now the landlord and us are in contact with each other direct and leaving this dreadfully incompetant agency out of it. They do not deserve to be operating and I would recommend landlords and renters to avoid at all costs.
