Urban Vision was formed in 2005 as a joint venture between Salford City Council, Capita and Galliford Try. The first of its kind in the UK, the partnership harnesses the expert skills and experience from both the public and private sectors.
We are a multidisciplinary service organisation within the property development and regeneration sector; delivering services from pre-application planning advice through to design, comprehensive project management and scheme delivery.
Taking pride in being progressive, innovative and ever-evolving, we strive to lead the market to supply integrated solutions that meet the absolute requirements of our ever expanding client base. Increasing staff numbers by 150 since 2005, Urban Vision now has over 400 employees delivering a wide range of schemes and services; from Building state of the art schools and colleges to delivering development control services for local authorities across the UK.
Urban Vision was initially set up to support and enhance the services of Salford City Council but our services are delivered to now over 240 clients across the UK.
