I feel obligated to draw concern to Urbanised's modus operandi. TENANTS: Approach with extreme caution & pay close attention to your contract. Read the small print very carefully. Esp. if you ever have need to withhold rent in relation to maintenance issues. LANDLORDS: Always seek a second opinion (& 3rd party estimates) before accepting invoices for â€œessential maintenance worksâ€. CONTRACTORS: Only undertake work if you are paid upfront & in full!
