"Today OR Tomorrow" Worst 'Service' Ever.

I am still in shock at how dishonest and unprofessional these guys are. I sent my laptop in for what should have been a two hour repair job. Although they say they can't specify turnaround times on work, the website says 2-6 days is the norm. I called after a 7 business days and was told they had only received the laptop from their courier two days previous. I was then told that the technician was "rewiring it" now - clearly a lie, because it was a main board replacement - and that it should be finished "today or tomorrow." I called a week later and was told once again that the technician had just started working on it and it should be done "today or tomorrow." I called back a week later and was told that the replacement part (which was supposedly being installed two weeks prior) was on order and should arrive "today or tomorrow." I called a week later and was told it was fixed and would be shipped tomorrow. ANOTHER week later I called (by now furious) and insisted on him sending me a tracking number in 15 minutes for its overnight delivery. Amazingly the laptop arrived two days later! With a dent in the corner and in exactly the same functional condition I sent it to them. They had not fixed it at all! After all this they are refusing to refund the £89.00 they charged me for my suffering. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!
