Visited this spa for several times, and for the past few occasion, they have been ending my spa sessions way earlier than what I paid for. It was meant to be a 1 1/2 hour session, she ended it just after 45-50 mins! I didn't want to say anything about it as it is very weird to be massaged after pointing out their mistakes? I know i should mention it, however I find it hard to trust shops/stores/restaurants would do their job properly after telling them off. this is not the first time they have ended the session early. There are so many other spa around that area. It will not be hard to find a better one which will be better in value as well.

I have to disagree with that review! My sister and I visit this salon regularly and have always had top quality service! We enjoy having time to ourselves in the spa and are happy to be left to our own devices to apply the mud and relax in the steam room, as we can chat and have a laugh...and anyone who has pedicures understands its common knowledge to bring flipflops with you!! Professional staff and great facilities, and we suggest you go and make your own mind up. You will not be dissapointed...

I went there with a friend through Groupon and we had a jacuzzi pool treatment, mud bath and a choice of mani/pedi. The premises are nice and clean with lovely, relaxing music and the ladies there were very polite and helpful. They offer you a drink while you are in the pool and they then leave you alone, so my friend and I got chatting and really enjoyed this. The mud bath consists of each of you sitting in a kind of armchair and they ask you to smear yourself with some mud and salts and then the room steams up. Initially the mud felt extremely dry and we couldn't rub it on at all. After quite some time as the steam builds up this becomes easier. At the end of this there is a bit of water trickling down for you to wash yourself but that was hardly enough and I had to leave the room with some mud still on me! In the changing room there was a bottle of body moisturiser but it wasn't enough for both of us. I should point out that no therapist gets involved with you, they let you do the whole thing on your own, so not much input there. Then the palavre with the pedicure started. Mine was done by a lady who was nice but unfortunately not the brightest match in the box and was slightly rude to some extent. I'll explain; my friend and I are greek and we spoke to each other a little bit (just a little bit, i promise) to ask how we were getting on with our treatments. The technician asked us to speak in English with which we conformed (although, excuse me, I thought that you are supposed to relax when you go to a place like this and I'd like to be able to speak in whatever language I feel more comfortable) and then asked us to tell her what is the Turkish (!?!?!) word for nice.....! when my friend pointed out that we're greek she said:" isn't it the same?" The conversation carried on pretty much in this vein throughout the treatment. My appointment was the last one of the day and by 6pm my colour hadn't set. They asked me to put my shoes on and go (I ride a motorbike so I wear chunky boots) and when I said that the colour would be ruined they said I should have brought flip flops to leave in....To their credit they did give me the bottle of varnish to take home when I asked for it and it's a good thing I did, because when I got home the pedi was COMPLETELY ruined. Needless to say I'm less than impressed and I'll only be returning to give them the bottle of nail varnish back! Had we paid normal rates this would have cost us £115 each. This is extortionate for the lack of therapist involvement and the disappointing service provision for some of the treatments.
