had simular problems delivered wrong parts damaged parts promised replacements then refunds which never arrived had to sue them in the end ,keep well away from this cowboy company worst suppliers ever have been in the trade for over 30 years

Avoid!
An absolute disgrace! On the 18th November 2010 I ordered a Cat Convertor and a Air Mass Meter. These items should have been delivered the next day, however they came a week later! OK, fine, a delay in postage, but worse was still to come! On arrival it was discovered that the CAT Convertor was off of a different car and didn't fit, and what was meant to be an Air Mass Meter was a Heating Fan. At this point I contacted this company and they promised they would send the correct goods - this didn't happen! So after many a call, they promised a refund! This still has not happened and again after many calls I'm now going to refer this matter to the credit card company! There seems to be only one guy to speak too, who comes out with all kind of excuses - problems with the Courier, or it's the Credit Card companies fault that you haven't received the refund! I have lost count of how many times this guy took my number but failed to phone me back! Avoid at all costs!

how crap
the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The first delivery which was meant to arrive within 3-4 days turnt up a week and half later was wrong. I sent it back and have had nothing back three weeks later except a load of abuse down the phone. The most incompetent so called company ever.
