absolutely shocking
I called this merchant three times to place a sizeable order and each time I was disconnected from the call. I would never use this merchant and would rather die of thirst than contemplate using this business. the person that rudely answered the phone sounded; abrupt, lazy and arrogant. why they would be so silly as to disconnect the call I do not know - they wouldnt even explain why they were doing this, I then called a company called Great Knights Wines who were absolutely fantastic. I'm glad my money went to a decent business instead of this disgrace of a company.
