Richard and Sarah Goodman welcome you to Old Yates Cottages, our cottages for a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Each cottage is of individual character and is surrounded by gardens of lawns and shrubs from which a wide variety of wildlife can be watched. They occupy secluded positions in countryside of natural beauty. There are many delightful walks for the energetic as well as peace and quiet for a restful holiday, do come and find us to share the experience.

Our Location

Situated on the edge of the beautiful Teme Valley, we have lovely views all around. The cottages are at the end of a private road where there is no disturbance from traffic, only the natural sounds of the countryside, clear night skies and the beauty of nature. Living on the farm ourselves, we are nearby to offer help and local information if needed.

Heating in all the cottage's is by electric storage radiators together with bathroom heaters. Outside each cottage is a sheltered patio with garden furniture. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities is on site. A metered telephone is available for each pair of cottage, if required please book in advance.

All cottages are comfortably furnished and have colour TVs; equipment includes electric cookers, refrigerators, microwave cookers, toasters, filter coffee machines, saucepans, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cleaning equipment. Some have a fridge/freezer. All beds are made ready for your arrival with sheets and duvets.
