MAI LAI FOR HAIR
I have spent this afternoon CRYING over what vanilla have done to my hair. There are NO POSSIBLE excuses. I will have to live with this for MONTHS. It's HIDEOUS. i mean, i really cannot describe to you how DISGUSTING my hair looks. I fell awful, i don't know ho wi'm going to face going outside. I feel like shaving my head or sewing a hat to my scalp. You know how a bad hair cut can ruin your week, this one is so bad it may ruin my life. What i wanted was COMPLETELY ignored and now i'm left with a hair cut that makes me feel suicidal. Thinking about what they have done to my hair make me feel sick. I can't look at my self in a mirror without crying. DO NOT GO THERE. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. THEY WILL R.U.I.N YOUR HAIR.

Less than one star deserved
I went to vanilla this morning with lovely hair long enough to sit on and came out with the same hair style as my mother. All i wanted was a few layers and a couple of inches off the bottom, what they have me was an unflattering hair, too short for a pony tail. i will NEVER FORGIVE vanilla for what they did to my hair. It will take me YEARS to undo what vanilla has done. It's hideous, i hate it so much i have literally cried over it. They COMPLETELY IGNORED what i asked for and BUTCHERED MY HAIR. If you want a skilled hairdresser,w ho listens to what you want to give a flattering style, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Don;t make the same mistake i did and have to live with the consequences of visiting this SLAP DASH salon.

lovely experience-
great find- only complaint was that I had booked the special offer and when it came to pay I paid full price and no explanation before hand which has left me slightly disappointed as an extra 25.00 is quite a sum when I was told by the receptionist the week before when I visited to book in how much I would be charged.

vanilla experience
Just popped in by chance when I needed a new hairdresser. That was 2/3 years ago and been going ever since. Ashley and Philip are great stylists, both listening to ideas about your style and making it happen. Everyone is very friendly, it's a nice place to go.

restored my faith in hair stylists/creators
After really bad service at another salon - i found Vanilla by chance - the welcome was warm and embracing and the salon has a great embience. I felt incredible after being treated as a person - Thank you !!!!

Philip is the best
I followed Philip here from La Coupe, he is a fantastic hairdresser, and would follow him to the ends of the earth, he always does my colour rather than pass me off to someone else, which i love, hes great
