AVOID AT ALL COSTS VERY RUDE STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL One of the worst experiences in my entire life and in have been colouring my hair all my life so the whole ordeal has costed me 240 pounds and left me with tacky glowing orange hair the ordeal started by meeting the owner who discussed my cut and saw some pictures of my colour i had in mind and his own words "this should be straight forward" then the day came when i first met the colourist she was extremely unfriendly negative and aggressive i thought maybe she is having a bad day i asked about the colour she said you wont go ash today so i answered its fine as long as i dont end up ORANGE she laughed and said no wont be orange or tacky i said if she thinks its unachievable what about staying brown she said no she thinks i suit blonde more and lets go for it i trusted her judgement as thats her job i ended up with orange hair and even the owner said its not what we were thinking of but its a process towards the colour to which she said i dont tjink for you blonde is achievable my question if you think itsnot achievable why did you bleach my hair and took my money and wasted 3 hours of my time i went to work and ppl thought i did it myself tgats how bad it was ppl thoughtits extremely orange and very poorly made i could ve lived with that ,if only this Exceptionally rude colourist apologised and at least listened to what i was trying to say when i came back to correct the colour instead i was offered to have one "box" look as in solid standard brown hair and when i suggested to keep some of the not orange highlights so my bleached hair didnt go through this damage for no reason i was shouted at and said we dont have time for that and when i said "you are not doing me a favour you are correcting an error you done " i was asked to leave because i had the courage to speak up they bullied me out of the shop as she didnt feel like listening to me on an honest note the owner is kind and very good at cutting hair shame he has super rude colourist but i ll make sure to complaint in every resource i have and let the public know i now had to go to another hairdresser who are shocked by the hair colour and that means more cost more damage DONOT BELIEVE REVIEWS VERY POOR SERVICE
