VNC Lifeline is a provider of a 24 hour telecare alarm service, which is an emergency button worn on a pendant around the neck, that can be pressed to summon help in an emergency.

We're a not-for-profit, social enterprise, based in Merseyside, however our service is available to customers all over the UK through a self-connect 'plug and play' service. Our lifeline alarm offers people peace of mind, knowing that help is only the press of a button away.

Our team of dedicated staff are at the end of the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing assistance which has quite literally saved the lives of many customers. We are a caring service and place an extremely high value on the well being of all our customers.
