We were extremely disappointed in the service provided by Veals Meadow. We'd arranged a pickup for Saturday at 11am. At 11:30, with no call nor sign of them, my husband called. He was told that because someone was off sick, they weren't able to pick up our rubbish. They scheduled a new pickup for the following day (Sunday) at the same time. When 11:30 again rolled around -- with no call -- we called again and got the same story. Had we even been given a call and realistic reschedule, I'd have been fine with it. Find another service; we had to.
