They will overcharge you!!!
After assessing (fairly quickly – happy with that) what was wrong with my boiler engineer informed me that extra hour of work might cost additional 100 pounds. I’ve asked - if he will mange to do it within first hour (already paid for) Engineer replied that he should mange to do that. After 45 minutes of first hour I’ve been notified that we are well within second hour. (Probably he included parking his car as well) after that he has spent 15min explaining how the boiler works (btw I’m using it for four years) Of course I was charges that additional 100 So if you can use someone else - do it !!!
