Appalling quality and service!
My car was taken in on the 14/8/15 for painting (bumper) painting has started to bubble and coming off after emailing the company and talking on the phone they told me my car was hit nothing to do with their poor quality painting job (also pictures sent in) that was their excuses!! Appalling

Not recommended
very unprofessional I will never recommend anyone to go there They cannot match the paint and fix the car to manufacturer standards Rubbish job and waste of time I was recommended by my insurance company to use them but it was a terrible mistake to use them They returned my car without being washed and not cleaned from inside

Great Bodyshop
Absolutely no complaints for these guys. As soon as my car went in they kept me constantly informed of what was going on, they delivered on the exact day they expected the car to be finished. Then, under thorough inspection I have not been able to see any evidence of there being any damage previously.

Cowboys
Girlfriends car got placed in this joke of a garage by her insurance company! Very unprofessional, Croddy workmanship, took 2 weeks longer then was planned, very bad communication! Be warned this lot are Cowboys !!!!!

Super job
This company replaced a damaged rear bumper on my B class, they kept me informed all the way of job progression, did a superb job and even valeted my vehicle. Thank you Veetec for a job well done. Really nice people to deal with as well!

Disappointing
As with the last review, veetec took almost three weeks for a simple respray job. This was after confirming the car was ready to be picked up after a week, only for them to change their minds. I also received a quote to repair some previous damage, but once paid for - these repairs had not been done. As yet, I've not recieved a refund...

Excuses after excuses
They took a whole week to do 9 man hours of work on my car[not a guess, two other quotes stated so] Their excuses included " we can't find any record of your claim" funny that as they rang me telling me, saying my insurance Co had given them the go ahead. Then "the socket for the locking wheel nuts isn't in the car, they've looked everywhere !" and when I picked the car up it had mysteriously reappeared . I thought the paint job they did was ok, until a Rolls Royce trained car sprayer friend pointed out the shabby workmanship. Only one good thing to say, the lady receptionist was polite and very helpful. She deserves to be working at a better place than Veetec. So to round it off, DON'T BOTHER.
