The staff was rude to me, my hair is slightly curly and because I am not light skin I was automatically assumed black (I AM NOT) upon arriving the girl told me she only do Caucasian hair and not black hair in front of all the customer, I felt so humiliated. I do not want to get into the whole conversation, she eventually did my hair but that pregnant lady was rude and passed me to another girl for hair dry. Throughout drying my hair she was chatting to her colleague then she handed me a magazine because she cant talk to me due to noise of the noise of blow dry. I was also asked to pay more because of my curly hair because she apparently used more product on my hair. I would not recommend anyone and also will pass the message to my few friends who goes there.

Love this place!
Recommended by a friend when I was talking about being sick of ridiculous Oxford salon prices (with a lack of customer care) this is a fantastic little gem! The staff are all friendly and actually seem to care about their customers and I am over the moon to have found somewhere local that offers great services at a more reasonable price. I have been going here for years and my daughter comes from London, she says it is so friendly its worth making the trip. Prices are very reasonable

Great professionalism and all services!!
I went to Versus last week to have a cut and buy some more morrocanoil treatment, and without the hard sell you get elsewhere it was suggested I try the Brazilian blowout, after thinking overnight I booked it, and all I can say is WOW, my hair has always been frizzy but it's just been amazing and they said it will last upto 4 months!!! Thankyou so much Versus, my friends are on their way.
